EYET+ PICK LT is fixed over the bin

EyeT+ LT is a 3D vision device based on dual laser line triangulation technology with an integrated smart camera that achieves approximately 1,500,000 points per second at maximum resolution.

BIG CONTAINERS BIG PRECISION

FIXED SYSTEM

A single image has to be spreaded over the whole bin volume. Less resolution at the bin bottom and, therefore, less picking precision.

LT – ROTARY MOTION

The system acquires multiple images while moving, it is like multiplying the sensor resolution. Reliable resolution and picking precision througout the bin depth.

DUAL LASER FILTERING

Thanks to the dual laser technology, you can easily manage objects made by shiny materials like stainless steel.

The EyeT+LT device includes the following elements:

  • Communication and power cables
  • Calibration Checkerboard
  • Motor Pack
  • Use and maintenance manual

MOTOR PACK

Motor Pack includes the rotary actuator, the hardware and the software to control the EyeT+ device. No PLC programming is needed.

Other than the power cable, Motor Pack includes PC communication cable and safety network cable.
