WHAT IS VISUAL ALIGN

An additional 2D vision device to increase the accuracy of the product alignment to reach the production line needs in terms of positioning precision on jig or fixture.

The configuration can be done directly on Smart Pick 3D Solid.

Increase the positioning accuracy in some tenth.

Efficient

It allows direct machine loading without any particular mechanical alignment stations.

Flexible

Can be set up with different illumination sources and validation algorithms to manage different alignement needs

Visual Align includes:

  • The Visual Align device, which includes optionally the external led light source
  • Visual Align software module for Smart Pick 3D Solid.
